Thank you for this video. Do you ever use an embroidery hoop? Or do you feel like it does not really make a difference with your stitching?

An embroidery hoop can be a great option! In this case the stitching and the fabric are small enough that one isn’t really necessary.
any concern about the printer ink staining the fabric?

We haven’t had that issue yet, but it wouldn’t take long to do a quick test on some scrap fabric before using this on your sewing project just to make sure 👍
