Thank you! This is amazingly simple to follow. I made a baby quilt for my daughter while pregnant but never finished it because I was waiting to add her name and birth date. @@PreciousMe Thanks! I'm actually just learning to embroider a 'W' to add to all my cat toys and cat beds this year to remember my cat Whisky that died last Dec 18 :( So I don't have a fancy circle thing or the right fabric and I'm just using denim.
@PreciousMe
2 жыл бұрын
@@ptanyuh When I first started I also did it free form on denim. Denim will keep the stitches without puckering the fabric. You can find embroidery hoops at thrift stores and they are pretty inexpensive.
Very informative video
I usually just do my embroidery onto my cotton with nothing behind it. I only do a word or two, maybe a heart. But I’m about to do a few words on a cotton baby onesie. So is it important to put some sort of stabilizer on it? And if so, do I have to take it off when I’m done?
Thanks!!
Gracias 💕

That would be personal preference. If it is a long phrase, you may want to stay with any of the simple stitches. Good luck!
