I tried to draw this cake using gouache brush.. Many times fail to find the right brush as I think she changes type of brush or name of brush. Edited: lisa already replied my email stated that there is also gouache old version for this cake drawing in download option on bardot brush.

I love your brushes, vids, and attention to detail! It’s that attention to detail that makes me say that icing on the cut side of a cake doesn’t look like that. It’s smoother, and has little air holes in it.

I literally learned a lot from this video. All my drawings had that stupid background issue and I spent hours just drawing around my art lol. I never thought about making another layer and drawing white

Super fun tutorial! Only thing is I just bought the Bardot Master Bundle brushes yesterday and the brush names you are using versus what I have do not match so I'm having to compare brush images to ensure I'm using the correct one. Other than that, very happy with everything I am seeing so far!

I’m a college student and have never been “an artist” but just today I drew a couple cartoon characters in a very children’s story book sort of style and they looked surprisingly good (at least to me). She updated her gouache brushes for Procreate 5 so they might be a little different than in the video.

Can you do a tutorial on blending modes? I still find them a little tricky and have some trouble with them

Hey Tasha, You can message me at support on my site for more help. Under your account on Bardot Brush you can download the Old Gouache Paintbox - these brushes are all for Procreate 4 and also work in Procreate 5. The new brushes are only for Procreate 5. The old brush set will install as a whole set for you to use.

A_Minty Sister ok so if you were still wondering I’m here to help :) uhh so draw a line, but after you do don’t pick up your stylus/finger, and eventually it will show up as straight. Hope that helps :D
