Update! I've received quite a few questions regarding how often this should be done and it's all a matter of personal preference really. You can use this once every month or even once every day depending on how diluted it is and how you choose to use it. Please shampoo and condition your hair before using the apple cider rinse and you could also leave the apple cider vinegar on your head just use some lavender oil with the apple cider vinegar if the smell bothers you. Please don't rinse it out after for best results as the apple cider vinegar is good for your hair for hair follicles and healthy scalp the helps promote healthy and shiny and beautiful hair. Enjoy I love it!!

From most of the videos I watched, I noticed that straight/very loose curly-haired people would use the ACV after shampooing and conditioning, while curly/coily haired people would use the ACV first. Is there something wrong with doing it first or do you not get as many benefits from it as much as doing it after conditioning and shampooing?

@@shania4982 usually add ACV with conditioner, leave on with shower cap 5 min then rinse. Do not leave ACV in hair. My mother uses more water to ACV than she uses in video. She uses one is to 4 sometimes 5 parts water

Don't let the ACV ruin the spray mechanism cuz its very rustic over time. Just FYI😊. You may have to pour out vinegar in a container to save it, then rinse the sprayer with water and repeat after each use. 😁

You know why im happy? Because finally this means we get to be sure that the person doing the video has the same hair as us. The issue with watching KZread videos is that sometimes they dont have the same hair. A person says I have 3 year growth with the length of a straight hair person.

Tamika Taylor I use the loc method (liquid, oil, followed by a cream or butter). You can also switch it up and use the LCO method too, works just as well ... I can do a video to explain if you would like ☺️

@Tamika. Always use a leave in conditioner followed by blow dry lotion before styling. Leave in conditioner makes huge difference to your hair

How often to do this?

I have alopecia and have a weak bald spot in the middle of my head. my scalp is demage. do you believe this acv routine will help promote and grow my hair and help with my scalp?

It couldn't hurt to try. Apple cider vinegar helps my problematic scalp. My scalp becomes inflamed and since I've been doing acv rinse its become less inflamed and tender. It's great for fungus treatment(sometimes curing) I drink it and use it on my scalp and hair. Just be sure to buy the unfiltered acv with "the mother" in it.

Try to loosen it up. That's what i do when it's to tight. Make sure its not low on ur forhead. Pull it back some.

Hey hun! I would recommend you rinse maybe once every two to three weeks otherwise you may end up stripping your hair too much. I will be uploading a video soon on how to ensure that the shampoo you use doesn't treat your hair too harshly so stay tuned for that :)

U can buy at any grocery store. I got mine at Wal-Mart.

For how many days

I would imagine the smell isn't the best to attract closeness in a mate

I bought my spray bottle for R19.95 at the R5 shop. So Dischem is cheaper i guess.

OLISA that's so cool. Girl nooo!! No one will want to be friends with you walking around smelling like ACV 😂 just kidding. If you're talking about it in terms of walking around while letting it seep in or whatever, pretty sure if you were to put on a plastic shower cap and then a hat/beenie on top people wouldn't smell it .. But I'd suggest rinsing it out though before leaving the house ☺

I've tried it on my face and it's actually not that bad. I think the smell is just harder to get out your hair because of the density. But I definitely don't wash it off when I use it as a toner.

My hair is all 4 type hair. 4a/b with product, but 4c on days I don't style it

Manoli's and Clicks. Probably Dischem as well but definitely Clicks and Manoli's. For around R110 to R130. There are also other organic ACV brands with the mother for cheaper. I believe Bragg's is expensive obviously cos it's imported. Woolies has one which is organic and has "the mother" for around R70 and so does Dischem.

I put in vingar in my conditioner and then I use shampoo once and conditioner twice yet somehow my shampoo is almost empty which helps with the dripping and it getting in my eyes🤕🤣😭
