I recommend to add 1 or 2 drops of peppermint oil to it, which has beneficial effects for hair growth as well... then shake the bottle before you use. It helps against the smell of the apple cider vinegar a lot, and gives a fresh feeling overall!

@@targaryen7049 In my country Esent and Avicenna are very good. Also Nanga has very good quality of essential oils in general, tho I didn't try their tea tree. If those are unavailable in your country, then try to find companies with 100% essential oils, even better when they have specified country of origin. If you're not sure, just send an email to company with question about specification. I hope this will help :)

I'd say do the ACV rinse before conditioning if you have low to medium porosity hair, to avoid drying it out, for high porosity, do the ACV rinse after conditioning
My grandmother used to use it on my scalp and hair when I was young.. Were talking about the 1960's gave the softest and shiny hair.

Retal Saman i used a 20oz spray bottle and filled a quarter of it up with the acv. i also wrap my head with a towel or head wrap for 30 minutes after drenching my hair in it, then wash my hair. i let the shampoo sit in my scalp for a minute or so because the vinegar is pretty strong smell wise. some people use nothing but the acv but i personally like to dilute it some
I did this rinse today and I’m in love with the results!! My curls are super defined, shiny and soft! I’m so happy 💕 but I think I didn’t wash it out well enough because I still smell a bit of that vinegary-ness from the ACV!

Thank you for this! You’re always my go-to for my hair❤️
When I do my routine, I mix baking soda and water into a paste and apply it to my hair like a relaxer. I use the vinegar to rinse that out and it makes my head feel amazing! After washing and conditioning, I heat up virgin olive oil and cover my hair for a while. Once I do a final rinse, my scalp is clean and I don't have to put extra oils in my hair for a while, even if I straighten it. Thanks for the video! 🙃🙂

+TheStarsDon'tDance for my hair and my daughter's hair it works great! I don't always use the baking soda paste because it gets messy and can take some time. Our hair type is similar to Bianca's but probably more like Cree Summers (before she started wearing it straight). Also, if you make too much paste, you can use it on your face as a detoxifying mask. (You'll need to rinse it with water and a moisturizing facial soap to avoid dry skin)

Doesn’t absolutely have to be organic lol. What it does is clean any sort of calcium deposits from the hairshaft. (Calcium coming from the hard water) (Calcium is alkaline. Vinegar is acid) The acid washes off the alkaline calcium deposits. Rinse with distilled water. Proceed with styling You’re welcome
@my2cents49

It doesn't have to be, but it does help. For some products it doesn't make much difference whether it's organic or not, but ACV is one of the exceptions if you can get it. The "mother" is a major activating component.

Excellemt tutorial. I have been doing this since i watched your video amd my hair has been flawless since. Thank you.
Thanks Bianca. Very informative and to the point!!
Products stick to my scalp heavy. So I usually lift the build up first before washing with a comb. After washing and conditioner I use a cotton ball and soak up the apple cider vinegar and rub any white areas on my scalp ( the build up) and then use a another cotton ball with water and dap it on the areas I used the ACV to soak it from my scalp. This works better for me because it is directly the scalp.
i used it for my hair about 2 or 3 hours ago and it works

1 tsp ACV with 7 oz distilled water has a ph of 4 (safe zone). A 1/4 c of ACV would cause the mixture to remain too acidic, which is no bueno for the scalp. ❤️

I really like the background music, lol. This was a great video btw!
do we do this on shampooed hair and then apply conditioner ? or does this ACV rinse replace ur regular shampoo?
OMG thanks so much. It worked and my scalp is not itchy and flaky anymore. Also I changed up my hair products and went back to using Pink Oil Moisturizer and hair grease. Those natural hair products dried out my scalp and hair so bad. Also started using Sulfur 8 again.
I used to as my shampoo for the first time and it still left my hair really oily. My scalp feels great but my roots do not lol is it because its my first time?
Those that mean I can apply the ACV on my dry hair?
Can you go straight into your deep conditioning routine after washing out the ACV x
I hate gray, I dyed my hair to natural color and had an allergic reaction on my scalp will this help? Thank you
So what were your final thoughts? Did ACV help moisturise & shine?
Does anyone know conclusively if the expensive organic brands with "the mother" work better on your hair than the grocery store brand that is typically $1.50 - $2.00 for 32 fl. oz. ?
