Love segments like this. These are the real hero's, masters of their craft.
Another great interview by Nicola. Not only does she ask the right questions, but she also creates a relaxed atmosphere which allows her guests to really open up. I've learned more about the inner workings of an F1 team through these podcasts than I have in the previous 40 years that I've watched/consumed F1.
I just love hearing all these people talk about the job they are so goof at doing. I could listen to podcasts like this for hours. Nicola is so good at getting people who are probably not used to an environment like to relax.
What a podcast, insane. Next up Max & Checo's race engineers!

Next up are Danny Ric and Simon Rennie - one of my favourite duos in F1. Can’t wait to know more on how Simon helped Daniel regain confidence (not that he lacked any). RB always has the best pairing, the other two of my favourites being Seb & Rocky, and Max & GP of course.

I was just thinking how interesting it would be for F1 fans to learn about other key members of the teams and yay here we are!
As a mechanical design engineer, these guys have my dream job/career. I wish I had the foresight that they did when I was younger before going to university. I only found my true passions after I was done with school.
Nicola is a great host, these podcasts/interviews feel really relaxed.
Thank you for another great podcast. As others said, I would love to hear from GP and Hugh Bird too! :)
Really enjoying how humble every single person in Red Bull is so far. Completely grounded. Undoubtedly key to their success.
In his book "how to build a car" Adrian Newey describes the performance improvement gained from the resonator along with other aerodynamic features. His book includes sketches of the system so I was fascinated to see the actual exhaust manifold. I recommend this book especially as it covers this topic and, for example, the design alterations which may have been important in the crash of Ayton Senna at Imola.

People seem to have forgotten the reason this car is so dominant is that all the other teams screwed up as much RB got it right. Plus the Max factor which is a almost supernatural advantage.
Max is lucky to have these guys, he is a great driver, but he also has a great team.

A question to the red bull team, why isn’t it the same performance as Max and Sergio’s car? It’s supposed to be the same to take 30 seconds from other teams is understandable but not from the same team, that’s why Miss Max is the fearful champion for being afraid to compete with Sergio

Maybe because Checo is not as consistent as Max? The car is exactly the same. It's the driver that puts the car to his hand. As Red Bull wants the constructors title even better then the drivers title, they will do anything to make Checo handle the car better! He has to step up to his game, work hard and stop compairing himself to Max.

Ben in this video says they have different styles of driving. Do you think driving a machine like the rb19 is so easy that every driver can extract the same lap time out of it? Every driver is different. And Checo is far from the level Max is driving at the moment.
By cheating and breaking the cost cap.
You get the FIA to raise the ride height for you, that's how you do it. There, saved you 40 minutes of nonsense. If the ride height were the same as the one at the start of 2022 you wouldn't be dominating like this. The FIA just served up 2 WDCs and 2 WCCs on a silver platter.

You do know that Mercedes were there one who actually got the FIA to raise the ride height right. Redbull wre against it and yet still managed to make an advantage out of it. You seem to old to be this brainless bruv.
