BEST EXPLANATION EVER!! THANK YOU!!!
It's about time there was a video with clear and excellent step-by step instruction and explanation of masking, especially with complicated masks, like hair. This has been the biggest struggle for me in Photoshop for MANY years. I have watched tons of videos and this is the FIRST one that not only showed me how to really do it correctly, but explained the entire process and functionality of the software. THANK YOU and Cheers!!!

Thank you for the helpful tutorial! I appreciated how clearly you indicated how each tool worked independently, then used it on the image. Lasting knowledge! Yay!
The most comprehensive and detail tutorial.... thank you for your services. You are one of few who truly help educate, motivate and encourage the younger generation of photographers and editors to flourish

The most comprehensive and to-the-point explanation of the latest (CC 2020) Ps tools for selecting and masking. Low key, great pace...great work!
you are amazing. the simplest way for me to understand what is going on in the mask & refine >> thanks a lot
Hi, you are a true Photoshop Messiah! After this video I've probably really understood Select and Mask for the first time. Thank you for sharing your incredible knowledge with us.
Wow, this is amazing. Mastering this will solve so many of my problems. As an author who designs her own book covers, I'm rarely able to have my subjects on a solid background as I purchase my images, so masking fine details has been hit and miss (more often miss). This will help the process tremendously. THANK YOU.
this deserves over a million views. great tutorial. I like how you went through the different tools and showed how it works.

Thank you for that video. I have watched dozens of Select and Mask videos from other authors and was left baffled. Your video has explained what and how the changes are effected. That said I will need to take notes and watch a few times - but this is my best education on the subject to date. Thanks again.
90-95% of what I know in Photoshop is thru watching your videos. It helps a lot. Thanks and God Bless:)

Terrific tips, Master R! I've used the two layer technique (one for body, the other for hair) before , but never thought of adding that final topmost layer - I really appreciate being schooled on it! 🙏

Well done! I'll have to watch it several more times to actually retain all the techniques, but this is probably the best tutorial I've seen on this subject.
Amazing tutorial! Thank you very much! I feel more confident with the hair situation now :P
Great tutorial. I will be coming back to watch it again. An excellent detailed discussion of how to use the various options.
Wow!!! Very dense (crammed with valuable info) lesson. Now to study, replay and practice!
Thank you for all your hard work in sharing knowledge and skills for all of us. We all really appreciate each of your struggles in sharing education, we all are very blessed with all the knowledge and skills you share, because this makes us all have skills and we can developing. Once again, thank you as much as possible.
Thank you Jesus Javier. Very good tutorial. One step at a time. Easy to follow. I am a beginner. I feel like you studied first your lecture before delivering it. This is what makes you different from other instructors. Other instructors make mistakes during the demo and they try to correct the mistakes by showing many options how to correct them. There is nothing wrong with that except I lost track of the lecture and gets confused on many options...and most of the time, the lecture takes more time than I expected. Of course, I am talking only about myself and my pace to learn. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Pretty clear and concise tutorial. Of course, it will take real time practice to really grasp everything, but we are grateful for the headstart.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I using masking all the time but didn't really know how to use the tools properly. Was getting frustrated. Then I figured maybe I would be able to do a better masking job if I really understood what the tools meant.
Thank you so much for this tutorial.. awesome!!!
Thank you for this well presented tutorial. Will follow it carefully.
Another valuable training tip Jeṥus. Thanks for making PS simpler and more fun.
