  Maybe this will work only if your okay with the picture being in black and white. That means you can't use a lit image it has to be in dark Next the person should be black too

  To those who are using the 2021 version of this I advice you to this in around 3:44 . In that part you need to find the select and mask again. I was kinda lost in that part when I follow the instructions of this video. I just get lucky and had a idea to this in photoshop version 2021. That's all the info I can give cause I don't encounter the all version of this except 2021.
