Thank you for explaining this so well😊
Love this stitch...working on summer crochet items while in the house...thanks to your beautiful stitch...will be making a summer top!!! Thanks for sharing and please everyone be safe. Also new sub!!!
This pattern would make a lovely shawl. I wold do it in two pieces so that the pattern is running the same direction on each side. Thank you for your tutorial of this gorgeous stitch pattern❤️
Thank you, once again. Hope this finds you well. Take care, stay safe and well. Thanks from Australia 🐨🐨🦘🦘
Thank you for a wonderful tutorial on this stitch. I love this stitch and am currently working on a blanket with this stitch. Thank you once again. 😊🧶🪡🧵
I can always count on you for beautiful new stitches! I’m going to see if a skirt would work well with this stitch and use either a #3 or #5 yarn, if that doesn’t work out I’ll jump up to a lightweight cotton or cotton/bamboo mix yarn. This stitch looks like it’ll be good coverage for my not so slender bottom parts! 💜🙏💜
I think this would look nice using a 5 weight yarn, and making a throw to go over the back of a couch or sofa. Color coordinated of course. Thanks Sarah, you do such incredible work!
Thank you for such a good tutorial! I wanted to add the fan stitch as an edging and you just explained it perfectly! Pat
I love this pattern and Peacock is my favorite color !!! I'm working now on a Fan pattern for an Afghan ! Happy Stitches ! Helps get through the Vivid days !
Hello Sarah, I have decided to use this Beautiful stitch in a White/Ivory solid 3 weight colored yarn, from Hobby Lobby's Yarn Bee. I am making a Wedding Shawl for my niece who will be getting married in October of this year. I wanted her to have something Special to wear from me that could be a keep sake, as well as a warm hug from her Aunt Carrie (thats me). Ive gotten the first 2 repeats done and am beginning my third set of rounds. Once it gets farther along, I will be sure to post it to yoyr facebook page for you. Have a Blessed Day & THANK YOU for the Beautiful tutorial!!!! 😃😃😃😃💖💖💖💖
I love this stitch! Hope to use it making a liturgical stole as well as a shawl. Thank you!
Good Morning I just watched your video and I have been working on a Shawl for my niece for her Wedding. I am Definitely going to take out my second row now, & do mine the way that you just showed here in your video. I LOVE that shell stitch look & the chains between also help it look lacey in between which is exactly what I was looking to do. THANK YOU SO MUCH for Your tutorial. 💖💖💖😃
What a lovely stitch! I will use it to make an Afghan or a blanket . I will also try to do a Shawl.🤔 Thank you so much for the easy to follow tutorial. 🤗
This is just beautiful! Thank you for sharing!
Love this stitch thanks for sharing
Lovely stitch I am going to make a summer floppy hat!
Very beautiful. Thank you for teaching us.🤩

An afghan is a great idea! Thank you for watching!
Such a beautiful stitch...I would use a light yarn and make a blouse...I think that it would be wonderful for summer.
I love this stitch
Brilliant stitch, made a beanie 😊🌈
Going to make a wrap. Thank you.
Gorgeous!
please explain the difference in the single crochet stitches row worked in your chain stitches. Every few stitches the stitch is larger. Did you just make the stitch looser than the others or did you skip a stitch for the larger stitch? I like what you did it makes a good way to keep count when first starting. Thank you for what you do. Kathy
Thank you so much! This is such a pretty stitch especially for how easy it was 😂
This stitch is beautiful Sarah, thank you for sharing.I would use this stitch in a scarf or blanket.
Really pretty, looking at using to make valence for bedroom
This would make a great scarf or wrap
Will be beautiful in an Afghan
Very pretty pattern. Thank you for sharing.. stay safe and healthy, God bless
I’m not sure if it’s possible, but I would love to make the shells really look like peacock feathers, in the real colors. We used to have a blue and a white peacocks. Coyotes got them. Two throws or rectangular shawls, or lap blankets would be sweet.❤
Beautiful I want to make 💐
BEAUTIFUL STITCH. I WOULD MAKE A AFGHAN OR BLANKET. THANK YOU FOR SHARING💖🙂💖
I am going to do up a new spring blanket with this stitch in some spring colored yarn I found

That would be beautiful!
I would love to make a cardigan in that exact color with a peacock tail bag.
Absolutely beautiful. I would like to use this as a border 4 rows of it on a King size rectangle granny blanket I've just made. I'm lost on going round the corners with it. I've done a SC all around the blanket. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Have you considered doing a tutorial with this stitch as a blanket border. Be so beautiful and unusual. Love from Ireland xxx
Using a ombre Caron Skinny Cake Turkish Delight.
This is a really pretty pattern and would make a beautiful afghan. If you wanted both ends to look alike, how would you finish it?

I was about to ask whether you could work half the number of rows desired, then turn and work the other half from the bottom edge going in the other direction. Haven't tried it yet, would love to see a comment from Rich Textures Crochet!
This is such a beautiful stitch. May I please ask how you made the larger loops, at exactly the correct place, in the single crochet row? This is brilliant! Thank you for the tutorial.

I would like to know also, i don't recall seeing that when making the chains.
Does this have a border pattern too its beautiful im starting with it now on a blanket
Lovely stitch like the color. Thanks for sharing.Great tutorial saved in my folder.Would the count need to be adjusted if I us double crochet instead triple? Stay safe.😍🐰🌸🐇
Hi, thank you for sharing this nice work but I have trouble for that stitch so can I do double crochet instead of this trouble crochet?
I’d love to create a beanie or scarf with this stitch
I totally do a shawl, if somebody comes up with the pattern !
I may try it with a lapghan or a headband
That's beautiful, thank you. Is there any reason why on the 1st fan row the stitches are bigger where you work the fan?
How did you make that loop to make the nine triple crochet, I did not see how you make it when making the foundation chain. Thanks
I you show the peacock crochet on the frame.
Hi Im a subscriber and Ive been following you for long time. Thank you for all your tutes. This is another great one, and ive made 4 place mats following this tute, and Im wondering if you can suggest a border for it, Ive a few of my own ideas but none seem to look right, please and thank you,
Do you have a link to show how to make the foundation rows?
What if I want them smaller?
Pretty. I hope I can find a tutorial for a shawl with this stitch!

No need to be sarcastic. I'm not an advanced crocheted. If I knew how to take the stitch & make a shawl I would do so.

Where's the sarcasm? Guess I missed that part of my comment. I understand that you are just beginning and maybe you don't have the confidence to try it out. But one day when you feel adventurous and daring- give it a try with this video. If you don't get it right away it's totally normal, I often have to start a project 3 or 4 times to get it right and I've been at this over 20 years. Yarn and hook will never judge you for that, though!

The GREAT thing about this stitch video is that it gives you a multiple to start. That means YOU choose the size of your project! I love that. In the beginning it says to chain a multiple of ten. That means any start to you project has to be just that. If I were to do a shawl, I would pick the length by chaining a multiple of ten, then from there you just follow the video. And if you need to pull it out and restart to get it right, no biggie. Usually yarn has a suggested hook size written on it so you can use your yarn pick and it's recommended hook for your reference on that. If you start by picking the length with your chains, you just keep doing rows until it's the width you want. Think of it almost like designing your perfect shawl.
Why did you not start from the beginning?
So I am missing something how is that wider stitch done where you are triple crocheting into?
Was go to make a poncho is that ok?
IT'S A BEAUTIFUL STITCH I WOULD LOVE TO LEARN.
I'm new to crocheting. When you say a multiple of 10 stitches plus 2 more do you mean 12 stitches per peacock fan?
You never showed how to make the larger holes in the starting of the chain. Can you please explain that please?

I agree. Did you skip a change in the foundation row to get the bigger loop??
I understand that the first row consists of single stitch, but how did she do the second row? Can someone help out? Thank you.
Waar kan ik het patroon viden
😂 I've done this to a T 10 ways till Sunday and the third row does just not work for me. I'm bailing.
Are there written instructions.
What kind of crochet hook are you using?
