I have been reading and informing myself of how to build a successful business that can scale, but never started working on something. I'm a software developer and I have been struggling on how I can get ideas to solve a problem and transform it into a service for weeks, I was feeling bad with myself already with a lot of different content creators saying "just do it and don't overstimulate yourself with productivity content". This video if what I was waiting for, this is a gold mine. Thank you so much!

@@alex.heiden Yes if you could Alex that would be great. I want to take your advice and follow EXACTLY what you've said and do it. No shiny object syndrome, nothing but your guidance. I don't want to go and watch other videos. Just follow your process. The process is everything and would be great to get the 1,2,3 step process. Seems that the IDEA and the MARKETING are the main steps. If you could do more on these key steps would be gold and so very much appreciated. Much thanks to you 🙂

You're right no need to learn how to code, but you will need to learn how to program. Yes the learning curve of actual entrepreneurship (not copy n differentiate like most of Ecom and AMZ FBA) and the need for a technical skillset (if you have no capital) is a nice barrier to entry that filters out all the 'get rich quick' people.

Amazing thing about SaaS is ita soo easy to delegate tasks to a technical guy and focus on the marketing because there is a lot ways to build a SaaS for less then 1k usd I have automation set up but my plan is to market it as a brand and covert it to SAAS after building a massive E-mail list of 1000 interested people Sell the software 10.99 a month x 1000 that's 10k a month off each customer if they stay for the first month What i learnt in the last 2022 is people don't trust agencies anymore and with Ai people would rather invest in software they can control So this is my 100millon plan in the next 5 years best case scenario Worst case scenario i make a couple millon and move country 😅
