This ServiceNow tutorial will demonstrate how to create incident aging report in ServiceNow and how to create aging report in ServiceNow. A ServiceNow aging report allows you to view the ServiceNow incident age. Incident age refers to how old a ServiceNow incident or ServiceNow request is and is determined by calculating the number of days since the record was created or opened from the current date. ServiceNow report ticket age or ServiceNow task aging report can be created pretty easily. This video will provide a ServiceNow aging report example that focuses on incidents. Specifically, the example covered in this video will create an aging report in ServiceNow, an incident aging report in ServiceNow and incident ageing report in ServiceNow. Note that the approach in this video can also be used to create the following: ServiceNow task aging report and service request aging report in ServiceNow. How do I change the default aging buckets ?

Using the method outlined in this video you cannot do that. You would need to use scripts or add custom fields to the incident table to define those custom buckets.
Please let me know how to generate data monthly metrics

Yeah this is what I’m struggling with.. snows idea of time grouping is awful from what I can tell?
Hello is it possible to automate ticket distribution among the team members? I mean without manually assigning them ?

You would need to write a script to try do this based on a count of tickets assigned. It might be complex. I'd suggest posting you're use case over the ServiceNow community as someone might be able to assist
