Hi @Luilacobellis : Is there an option to configure sender email address instead of receiving email from default user “IT service desk”?

This is a fantastic lesson; really appreciate you making this. I am able to export a report in JSON from table list view additional action menu -- but I don't see this option for scheduled reports. Are you aware of how to choose JSON format for scheduled report exports? Thanks!

Hi there, my sincerest apologies for the delay. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to export a scheduled report in Json format. You may want to create a scheduled job for that. I hope this helps and thanks for watching

Very nice information, I would like to schedule report and link it to Office 365 Excel file. My purpose is to get updated list on excel always, is it possible?

Unfortunately you cannot connect a report to an Excel spreadsheet. You can connect an Excel sheet to a Servicenow data table and refresh the data with the click of a button. I will be publishing a video on this next week

Hi there, unfortunately I do not believe it's possible to embed a list in the body of an email. I believe it's possible to embed chart type reports but not lists. Hope this helps and thanks for watching

Hi David, thanks for the great question. It prompted to research whether this is possible and I have found that you can connect a Spreadsheet to a ServiceNow Report. I've added this to my video backlog and will be looking to create a tutorial on this in the next month or so.
