I always cook my hamhock and seasoning in a pressure cooker and then add everything to that broth

I have never prepared or made turnip greens before. I watched them pretty good cuz my mother used to just watch the heck out of them and but all I have is is ham hock I didn't. I should have watched your video before I went to the grocery store. But anyway, I'm going to put two ham hocks in and hopefully it'll be pretty good. Anyway, thank you so much for this. Sharing your your expertise Mam

I dont do stems either. Ive noticed it seems like people down south cooks the stems. Thats what i dont like about bagged greens. U get a bag of stems
