I’ve seen all your videos at least twice! They are easy to follow and the food is delicious. They remind me of my late Japanese husband and the dishes he would make for me. Please don’t discontinue making these videos. You have a real talent. Keep up the great work. All my best to you always.

Hello from Australia :) I've started making Tamagoyaki after watching another KZreadr making some for Bento boxes for her husband. I ended up buying a Tamagoyaki pan, and my favourite is with smoked salmon. I might try a sweet one after watching this :)

I recently tried to make a Japanese-style cheese omelet roll - so basically cheese omelet but fried in the way you showed it in this video - and it was of course good. I need to try it like you did it… (with sake and soy sauce, etc.)

I put my own little twist on it. I fry up a piece of bacon stir fry some enocki mushrooms and cabbage and then when I pour the egg I put it on the end and roll it up inside. Pretty good!

Just made it but I don't really know what to thing about this. It's not bad but also not good. I tried to make the salty version but without radish and with mirin instead of sake. It was still quite sweet and the flavour was really mild. I think that I made something wrong or this isn't my taste. A while ago I made something similar but with salt and pepper and I really liked it. Also I got a question. Does the salty tamagoyaki have a name? Sadly I don't know Japanese so I used a translator but still could find a recipe for salty tamagoyaki.
