@@taijiskitchen you will hit it soon because you are superb and intelligent. Although I have never tried Japanese food but still am watching your videos and love them.
I’ve seen all your videos at least twice! They are easy to follow and the food is delicious. They remind me of my late Japanese husband and the dishes he would make for me. Please don’t discontinue making these videos. You have a real talent. Keep up the great work. All my best to you always.

Amazing job with the square egg in round pan haha!
This reminded me, I actually get one of that rectangular pan when it's on sale somewhere, now I just need to find it....
Hello from Australia :) I've started making Tamagoyaki after watching another KZreadr making some for Bento boxes for her husband. I ended up buying a Tamagoyaki pan, and my favourite is with smoked salmon. I might try a sweet one after watching this :)
Wirklich großartig Schön dass du es so aufbereitest dass es wirklich jeder zuhause kochen kann

Thank you for this!!!!!!!
It reminds me my dad preparing them... he used to add chopped scallion... Thanks for this...
I recently tried to make a Japanese-style cheese omelet roll - so basically cheese omelet but fried in the way you showed it in this video - and it was of course good. I need to try it like you did it… (with sake and soy sauce, etc.)
great recipe, I really liked it. Simple and tasty. I only need to practice rolling ;D
I put my own little twist on it. I fry up a piece of bacon stir fry some enocki mushrooms and cabbage and then when I pour the egg I put it on the end and roll it up inside. Pretty good!
You made the rolling looks easy😂 I never been able to do so, especially made it look like it came out of a rectangular pan
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Awesome demonstrated and explanatory..thank you….I bet it must take practice to rollover the egg to protection..nice job and good protection…..I love daikon suri ….daikon suri, lemon juice and shoyu with kazunoko..yes👍👍👍👍👍
Looks very nice

its Daikon radish (white radish)
Just made it but I don't really know what to thing about this. It's not bad but also not good. I tried to make the salty version but without radish and with mirin instead of sake. It was still quite sweet and the flavour was really mild. I think that I made something wrong or this isn't my taste. A while ago I made something similar but with salt and pepper and I really liked it. Also I got a question. Does the salty tamagoyaki have a name? Sadly I don't know Japanese so I used a translator but still could find a recipe for salty tamagoyaki.
😋😋😋🥰
