Soup doesn’t affect your weight. It’s the type of carbohydrate you take with it that will affect you
It a different way of cooking it but with the same outcome. Thank you!
Thanks so much your delicious aroma is good I made mine today but I didn't find all ingredients but it still delicious❤

Good
This looks like the real Egusi soup I used to eat at this Nigerian church I used to attend in my town. I loved it and want to lesrn to make it myself! I found some recipes on YT thatt look different. Are those leaves spinach though?!? I thought they had a different name and they are definitely not the normal spinach!!!! It looks rather like what Americans call collard greens!!!
I just bought your ingredients and I’m on my way home to cook this 😊😁❤️
This is just the perfect party egusi 😋😋

What us oziza seed in english pleased?
What if I'm using fish like Cod. What do I season it with or should i cook it last in the soup
I really love the soup and whenever I see your videos I become so hungry! However, for how long can a poor family be able to afford such luxury? There was so much addition of ingredients, meat etc. An average citizen can't afford that talk less of a large family like mine! I pray I become rich to enjoy such delicious meals
Is it healthy
Can I use bitter leaf and uziza leaf
Hello please if you don’t have red oil can you try it with vegetable oil and fry the egusi
Can I not use habeno pepper and the other spicy pepper I don’t like hot is it hot
Please how did you prepare the bitter leaves??
The reason why I dont like to watch this is because I almost ate my devise..... lol, .. all the same Kudos to you.
