How to Cook EGUSI SOUP- for Beginners-Frying Method
This is how to make a Simple and delicious pot Egusi Soup from the scratch.
INGREDIENTS
*1 & 1/2 Cup Egusi (Blended)
*1 Medium size onions( blended)
*3-4 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
*3 Medium Size Red Bell Pepper (Tatashey)
*2-3 Medium Size Tomatoes
*1/2 to 1 cup Palmoil
*2 Teaspoon Locust Beans (Iru)
*2 Tablespoon Ground Crayfish or to taste
*1 cup Stock
*Cooked Meat, Ponmo, Tripe, Stock fish, Smoked Catfish (as much as you want)
1-2 cup Ugu Leaves (finely cut)
1.5 Seasoning Cubes ( to taste)
Salt to taste

@@tspiceskitchen it's okay mum.i really want to try other Nigerian recipes but the ingredients are not here I know how much jamaican money is equivalent to Nigerian money but the thing is do u know how or who i could pay to get some scent leaves,ogbono,stockfish,dried fish,peppersoup spice, locust beans etc

How can you say there's no need to add thyme and curry? Curry and thyme is No No in any soup.
But they said never use tomatoes for egusi
