Hello everyone, welcome back to another delicious Nigerian recipe. In today's video, I will be making Egusi soup - the frying method. This recipe is super delicious to make and can be served with pounded yam or any fufu you recommend having. Watch till the end to see how I prepare this yummy recipe.

3 cups grounded egusi
1 1/2 cups palm oil
1 red bell pepper
2 scotch bonnet pepper
1 medium onion
crayfish
smoked fish
stockfish
seasoning cubes
bitter leaves
Assorted meats ( goat meat, ponmo, cow leg, sharki)
smoked catfish
iru
salt to taste

Any green leaf vegetables can do, spinach, but spinach easily get over cooked. If you do small quantity to be consumed immediately spinach is perfect.
What is that powder you are mixing made of or what do you call it in English please coz it looks like groundnuts powder
