How to Cook Milkfish

Ingredients:
1pc Milkfish (Bangus)
1pc Onion
8 Cloves Garlic
1pc Small Ginger
6 Spoon of Soy Sauce
4 Spoon of Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Cup of Water
1 Spoon of Cornstarch
Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Oil
Procedure:
1. Sautee the Garlic, Onion and Ginger then add the fish.
2. Add Soy Sauce and Vinegar then the Water.
3. Add Sugar and Ground Black Pepper and flip the fish and boil for 5 Minutes.
4. Flip again the fish and boil for another 3 Minutes.
5. Add Cornstarch dissolved in water and boil for another 1 Minute.
