@@westyraviz To be fair, culinary tastes are so subjective. It varies wildly across different cultures and it varies individually within each culture. They don't think frying does damage, and that's the ingredients they like. I don't think I would like it with my Southern American palette. lol You never know though, I'd try it.

Anthony Ortega it actually is, because you have to learn what type of fish your working with. gotta make sure it doesn’t have a big rib cage or a small one, and u can’t go through the backbone to the other side of the fish and ruin the whole thing

I noticed he first started cutting the portions with skin down, struggling a little bit, but later he cut it with the skin up, making it easier. Don't know if he thought about it and solved the issue the second time, or if he just did it differently without noticing. Pretty smart either way

Just watching random videos on my day off during this lockdown shit. Interesting to read how many here are experts in cutting up a fish, when probably all they do is get takeaways or microwave their meals!
