HOW TO COOK DELICIOUS EGUSI IJEBU SOUP - ANOTHER METHOD OF COOKING EGUSI SOUP.

Ingredients
3 freshly smoked hake fish
2 tatshe/paprika peppers
6 scotch bonnet peppers
seasoning powder to taste
1 tablespoon Iru
2 tablespoons ground crayfish
cameroon pepper
ground cameroon pepper
salt to taste
2 onions
1/4 cup palm oil
2 cups peeled Egusi

This is the Egusi Ìjẹ̀bú soup that I grew up cooking. I learned it from my mum. The difference is we use Ògiri ijebu (it's derived from egusi) instead of irú (locust beans). Palm oil is the last thing I add.
Even d way u are eating it sef, will make anyone learn how 2 cook d soup.... good job.
