Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Exactly the soup my mum cooked the first time my husband and his relatives came knocking😄😄😄. But she used úkàshi instead of bitterleaf(our native way) with akpù .Till today my husband and his brothers still talk about that soup and how his brothers forgot their mission and demanded for more even take away😄😄😄😄(because they were suppose to form and not finish the whole food).😀😀😀😀😀😀😀 You're right ma,this soup is everything 👌👌👌👌.

I know this soup. They usually cook during occasions in the village like burial or traditional marriage. I prefer the taste of this igbotic egusi to the regular egusi soup because the taste is close to bitter leaf soup

I never knew one can actually cook egwusi with Cocoyam or achi apart from ọsụ and some people add ogbono. Wanted to cook egwusi or onugbu this weekend, but from watching this video I will combine the two. I can't wait to have a taste of it.

Yes, it's great when cooking for a crowd because egusi is expensive.
