* Giant crayfish
* 1/2 cup palm oil
* 2tbsp Crayfish powder
* 2tbsp crayfish seasoning
* 2 Mackerel fish
* 2 cups chicken stock

Always preserve your ogiri in the freezer. Am cooking the Egunsi Ijebu now for the festive season to eat with Pounded Yam & not Eba. Am not an ljebu lady but love the soup. Thanks for the preparation info.

Most likely the egusi got burnt or stir frying was too much. Kindly try it again just stir fry for 3 to 5mims. That will be fine. God bless you.
