Britec09 Will this work on a Dymo wireless LabelWriter printer using a Windows 10 laptop? My Dymo wireless LabelWriter printer seems to have stopped printing for no reason, it works using a USB cable that came with it though, but not using the wireless? Please help!

This got me setup. I didn't know how to find the IP address of a Brother HL-L2305W. I finally printed the printer's settings and the information was there. It also asked me if I wanted to use the driver I had already installed. Selecting that it worked right away. Thanks again!

I try to connect my thermal printer to network via usb port. It is just too complicated to work on Windows 10 with all new sharing and security policies.. then i found your video! You are life saver :)

You Sir, are a God !!! You gave me the assist (and the general direction) and i headed it in the goal... I had some serious problems with a printer, to make it work again, also a Canon Printer. It kept saying that the Print Processor didn't exist. I tried all adding options, but the manual TCP/IP one was the winner apparently...I also tried the install CD that came with it, the driver from the website that I wasn't able to install, but by seeing your video, i knew that the INF file was the key...And seeing that it was actually possible through the TCP/IP option and then entering the IP address of the printer (which i had) cleared the way... So i went ahead to my Download folder to find the INF file in the Driver file (in x64/driver), from the Driver i downloaded from Canon's site... Easy Peasy after that So i'm not a computer wiz, but i learned a thing or 2 from watching this vid... A like well deserved Sir !!! Anyone that is struggling with Canon printers network setup, since this was a re-install for me, first make sure that everything is gone from Printers in your list (including drivers) as well as the software in configuration panel... and then add through this method the INF file that is in the driver you can DL from Canon's support pages... Oh man, so happy, i was getting desperate...

At 1:25, for a home network try instead the second option "Select a shared printer by name", Browse. Find the network computer that the printer in question is connected to. Click on that network computer and if shared the printer will show up. Select and then agree to install drivers.

if i have a wireless HP printer, and I have a computer connected to an Ethernet's connection will I be able to still pair both? Also, where do you find the IP address on a Printer? i really do not want to connect my PC desktop with a wifi USB Adapter, just to connect a wireless Printer to pair it up, it does just not preference. if its a usb printer it should be the same as the pc its connected to. you can find that one by going into command prompt and typing ipconfig then just copy the one called IPv4 Address

Then you need to get into the settings of the printer and check the IP assigned to the printer. Use the printer digital console

If it's connected to a usb port on a router, it should be the ip address of the router.

Just share the printer from your first computer to your second computer. There you go no need to use cables or wireless connections

Even though my printer wifi works on my devices and laptops my windows refused to detect & add my hp envy, even though it was listed in printer settings and documents said it was ready to print. A dialogue box kept appearing to Save Output As.. Finally, after hours wasting time I found a cord in my garage and when i saw "WINDOWS IS NO LONGER MANAGING YOUR PRINTER" I rejoiced Allelluia! So hear this out! PC connected to router with ethernet cable and printer connected with WIFI to the router. Canon Pixma MG4250 when first bought connected everything working. after a windows update network changed from private to public changed it back to private printer started working again. now the printer cannot be detected with wireless connection BUT can connect with usb connection. Microsoft doesn't have a clue and told me that because my computer doesn't have wifi that's why it doesn't connect which means they are useless. Do you have any idea what could be the problem ? I really don't want to format and install everything again

😒👍 get a laser version, avoid inkjets altogether cause they are such a f scam, yes lasers are sometimes stupid big but if its wireless just put it out of the way somewhere, the laser ink cartridge will last a ridiculous long time 😒👍
