Not sure what happened to this company. My first one lasted 11 years still running. My second lasted 5 bags. I've call dozens of times. One snarky guy that acted put out when i hadn't replaced the fuse. Well didn't stop it from popping fuses. Id buy a different brand if i had invest this much into a grill. I've sent email to the customer service and not even a email back. deal said they will figure it out . Your only as good as your people . Just sad.

Had my Daniel Boone for 5 years now, older model but still cleans up nicely and we rock and roll. Thanks for the great video. I use the Traeger Premium Blend pellets and love it.
They make a cardboard insert for the drip bucket now. Keeps the drip bucket clean and never have to replace it again.
Lubricant the window it’s glass and use a straight razor 10 seconds later like new

green mountain support told me to use simple green & water and a Mr. Clean pad to clean the window and light.

Killer Miller, My wife used cascade on our grills. It stripped all of the residue from the grills they looked like new. I’m going to try a cascade mixture to see if this will clean the grease.

I enjoyed the video. I have an older GMG Daniel Boone. I have used it and loved it. I cannot get a 110 volt igniter (made in China Crap) for my GMG. Tried ordering from Amazon and local dealer. GMG canceled the purchase order stating that they may not ever be able to get them again. There is no phone number to contact the company. I will never buy another GMG product or any pellet grill!!
