I used old golf woods to make handles for a couple of canes. they are remarkably ergonomic.

Great canes, bought a bunch for honkey for his birthday and Christmas from Afghanistan with a tag. I have a few also. They were great in getting it snipped and he liked them. At 75 on, it was a Cain or a hooked, the Cain seemed a better idea. Now there mine.

For a designer and seller of canes, you seem to have a strange misunderstanding. The long/animal face part of the handle should be facing forward, to put the shaft in line with the arm. If it is a hook type cane, the open hook should face forward.

What is your compelling reason to have background "music" running while the narrator is speaking? Isn't what the narrator says important enough to hear without distracting "music" running?

Canes that resemble weapons will not make it aboard planes, in courtrooms etc❤

If you can not sit and rest on the end of a tourist grip, you taint been using a cane long enough.

I've been using canes for well over 20 years, and making them for almost as long. I do not make handles like yours. When I make a cane I design the handle anyway that pleases me. I've got all sorts of birds, including several buzzards, elephants, lions, dogs, etc., and I point them forward or backward. I also do not point the hook as you call it any way but back, comfortable and loads more control. One nice thing about my canes, you aren't going to run into many like them, unlike these, where it seems every other person has one like it. And a lot of people like my canes, they are different, and they are good canes - they are square also, incase you want to lay one on a table or counter. And they are fun to design, and fun to make. You ought to see my wooden bank designs - just remember, if it ain't a pit it ain't a piggy bank.

getting over a broken ankle. now its just the tendons and ligaments that are repairing. to get used to walking im using a ugly ass hospital caine with that whole 4 prong thing on the bottom...... ugly and silly looking. i can walk without a cane about 50 steps before it starts to hurt and swell up. and i can keep walking with a cane after that. then when the veign on my foot is not visible anymore i go back to the old person walker and just kinda skate along. getting better every day but i can tell for long term i need at least a cane incase it keeps swelling and hurting . that quad base thing is pissing me off. i just want to be like DR House and go into my doctor and diagnose him with being awesome.
