I recently ordered a cane with a palm rest and copper tip. My next two canes were planned in advance, and they were different from the first in options and color. However, they redid the website, removing the options I wanted, such as palm rest and horn tips. That being said, the photos are much better. I like the bird horn, which is not an option except for the more expensive canes. The build-your-own cane option is gone, which is a shame for people who know their minds and are not confused. Keith Melton's videos are well done and informative; Keith is likable, knowledgeable, and genuine. Keith, I suggest making the bird's head option available for all canes.

I have a couple of concerns… I am not really sure why you removed the “design your own cane” section/ option. You could have added the new layout and the ready to ship canes to the website and kept the design your own cane option. I have spent months trying to decide what I want for my forever cane. I turned 60 last August and my health and mobility is waning. I wanted to take my time to decide what I felt worked best for me. So when I noticed you changed your site and I couldn’t find the design your own section… I send a question through your chat bot and received an email telling me to call your company. That wasnt what I was asking. I want to know if you are going to have the design a cane option available on your site or if it is gone for good. I absolutely hate talking on the phone. At my age, health, etc.. my attitude is that I want to live stress free and the less I have to deal with sales people the better. No offense. This is why I LOVE to shop online. I liked the options that were offered by the “design your own cane” section of your website. I’ve spent years using cheap canes like the HurryCane, etc. And as I approached my 60th B-Day I realized that I was becoming more of a target so I decided to look up self defense canes. I’ve done my share of training using sticks for self defense when I was younger. What I’d really want is a cane that turns into nunchucks. But if words were wishes, et all… Anyway.. I then saw what’s the prices were to get all the things I’d want on a self designed cane… Spending $600 to $700 is a big leap which I’m okay in making but I just wanted to be sure…So I haven’t yet pulled the trigger and bought one… Plus daily life comes into play and time progresses. So seeing you’ve removed the self design option is a bit distressing. I do hope that you bring back the self designing option. I’ve read other comments where people want it back. Because getting a premade cane now that isnt made to my own specifications seems like a loss. Like I said… I’m willing to spend $600 or so on a forever cane.. I just want it made to my specs. One more thing… Why are you calling yourselves the “new” Cane Masters? Have a great day/ evening.

I ordered one cane a week ago with three to follow a month-a-part; different models, palm rests, and horn tips. A day after that initial order, Cane Masters changed the website and dropped the options I wanted. I plan on ordering another today without a palm rest. The next cane will be without a palm rest. I lament the loss of designing your cane option. RIP. On the plus side, the photos on the website are better. On the other hand, Keith Melton's videos are well done and informative; Keith is likable, knowledgeable, and genuine.

I was in the market for another cane, but you no longer do customized canes. Why? Because some people boo-hooed about it being too difficult for them to make a decision? Poppycock. Bring back build your own cane for those of us who know what we want and have no problems with decision-making. You have alienated a whole lot of people and are sending their business elsewhere. I guess I'm part of the 1% who do not care for any of the 25 canes you chose to sell. What a shame.
