How do you fill the gear oil in a Yamaha G2? I’ve looked for a very long time and just can’t find anything. Anyone know?

The Rear axle cover has a oil level plug or bolt. Removed the bolt, add SAE 90 oil until full. You're suppose to change the oil every 500hrs or 4 years.

If it's overfilled by like a quarter inch on the dip stick will it smoke real bad?

It won't but I would drain some out when you have time..

Pernell German. Yeah I went over and it came out like water just plum full of gas 😡😡 I told her she needs to go talk to the place she got it. Rings are probly cooked

The float is stuck in the carb. The needle needs to be cleaned and checked.

There's a fuel filter but no oil filter.

Check your cables. Might be seized.

have oil in where the ai filter is, whats up with that?
