I just got one of these a couple weeks ago. Mine was a little easier to get going. A battery and it needed a new vacuum hose for the fuel pump and she ran ! Thanks for posting and it looks good! You need a set of chrome mag wheel hub caps for it ! They look great and only $40 on eBay! 💙🇺🇸👍🙋‍♂️🖖🏻

That thing is mint now. I wish i would have known about the delay relay i would have jumped it for quicker starts. My friend had 4 wheeler banshee wheels we put on, then front i got narrow trailer wheels to cut into the trails. Are you going to leave the governors? That linkage going to the internal exhaust butterfly really opens things up when removed.

We have the same cart. Our seats are shot!! What are you going with for replacements? We have grandchildren and thought maybe a bench seat might work. Thanks for your input!

Hey Catboi Casey, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel

Hey I have the same cart. Just got it running this week. I’m finding my is really jerky with the gas and dead slow in reverse. Like 1 foot a second in reverse. Is that normal

No, its supposed run in reverse. Like is the engine running I'm reverse? It should be. I'd check your magneto timing. It's under the flywheel on the passenger side. That could possibly be your issue. Maybe the hold down bolts came loose and the stator shifted to one side. It's not a terribly hard thing to check. A handful of 10mm bolts holding on the fan cover, and fan. Then you'll need a puller tool, like a 3 prong style steering wheel puller to get the flywheel off. Worst case scenario there is the key on the crank is sheared off and the flywheel is free spinning on the crank. The flywheel houses the magnets that interface with the coils in the stator. But I'd start with that. Maybe clean the carb. Check spark plugs. Even just swapping the plug for good measure wouldn't be a bad idea. Check the wiring harness and make sure the big solenoids on the rear passenger fender wells are clicking and working properly. Check the ignition switch. Mine had a bunch of corrosion. But really. That timing on the stator is critical, it tells the cdi when to fire the plug. Kinda like a distributor on a car. If that's off. It could cause the issues you're having
