How To Change A Mazda 6 Key Fob Battery (2006-2012)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I show you how to change the key fob battery for a Mazda 6 (2006-2012). I have seen some Mazda 6's within those model years that use a different type of key, but the majority of them come with this flip key. The process for replacing the battery is really simple and I explain each step throughout this video.

I was able to replace the battery myself instead of going to a dealer with a whole new key. It works again! Thank you so much for this video! I found the CR1620 in stock at Autozone and no other local department stores had it in. I know it’s not much, but super proud of myself for this random new thing I learned :)

Shout-out to this guy. For all those who are in the same spot as me, if you got a red flashing light with a key in the symbol, it's most likely from the fob battery being dead. Thanks again mate
