    Wow, Jeff-- you put together probably the best flounder tutorial I've seen yet, and I've watched a bunch. I've caught flounder before, but only by "accident," but now that I'm retired I want to go after them specifically.     Thank you for the info I've always wanted to try this . Oddly my 3 biggest flounders 20-24" have been caught grouper fishing with a chunk of Spanish mackerel on a knocker rig crazy.

    Used these techniques with the Pennie colored shrimp trying to catch flounder (which I never do to well at) and caught 7 flounder and 2 dozen specks in Rudees yesterday. Great tutorial! Thanks for the content

    Flounder are sometimes caught along with stripers as far up to Roanoke Rapids NC Thay hang around the stripers while migrating , AND spawning in the Roanoke River , good show 👍

    Great video, I am just learning about Salt water fishing and I really would like to catch some Flounder and Trout. I have leazrned a lot from your videos.     Procure fish scent works and much cheaper and can use it on any soft plastics. Zman plastics last a long time and don't get trashed as well. Great vid! Love fishing here in Wilm!

    Liked and subscribed. Here on the West coast I catch my flounder in bays at low tide with sand shrimp which are not good food for humans. I learned to tie my hooks with braided line to stop loosing fish.

    I was reeling in my line with a split shot weight and a hook with a piece of shrimp. Not expecting to catch anything. I was about to cast it in a different spot. Well apparently I caught the attention of a 15 and a half inch flounder. Caught it and took it home. It was an awesome catch!
