Thanks for teaching us instead of just a video of you reeling fish in like most of the other videos on you tube👍
Out of all the videos i have watched on explaining how to use jig heads yours is the best by far. You break it down to where its simple & easy to understand i havent finished watching the video and already i feel confident enough to go out and try fishing with jig heads. Thank you for uploading such great content bro.

Great video, just getting into fishing and you answered a lot of questions I had about jigs and lures. Thank you so much for creating this great tutorial video.
Thanks. I started saltwater fishing about 3 years ago and I’ve learned a lot off your videos. I’ve watched many others, but yours are on point and uncluttered.
Alot of other channel videos will have titles like these, but really don't get offer anything of real value besides entertainment. This video helped me out, thanks.
Thank you very much for a great explanation. No one ever explained so beautifully these fishing methods. You are a very nice educator I use to watch your videos.
Great vid. Very informative. I'm a visual learner so seeing how the jig works helped me a lot. Thank you. Looking forward to new videos.
You guys are awesome.. you really go in depth with the how to. Thank you so much for what y'all do.
Awesome video. I appreciate the way you take your time and really teach and show how the technique is done.
Great video man. Detailed and answered all the questions I would’ve had as a beginner. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
i have been using the H2O Express rattling jig heads..... working great for me with berkley gulp. great video and awesome info thanks again guys!
I just wanted to say Thanks. I am just getting into soft plastics and these tips really do help.
Nice job creating this video, I just started salt water fishing about a month ago. Your videos are very informative, going to try this out tomorrow..
Great video. I always just swim them because I didnt know other techniques. looking forward to trying the jig retrieve. thank you.
A true “tutorial”. Thx. New to salt water fishing. Most of my luck fishing jigs in freshwater has been vertical fishing
Finally a video, that's helpful and full of good information. I fish up and down Topsail Beach area. (Keep fish'n keep Boat'n) have fun.
All your videos are excellent…thanks very much for your work!! When you’re putting your plastic onto the jig head, turn it 90 degrees right before you go over the barb then turn it back to the proper position once you reach the base of the head. That gives the barb more solid material to hook into. Thanks again!!
One of the TOP tutorial videos I have watched. Thanks
Great video, the best so far as to how to work a jig head. I really appreciate the fishing content keep up the good work. Thanks 👍🏽
Great confidence builder man. You guys are a huge blessing
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and technics sir👍🏼👍🏼
By far the best content I’ve seen. I’ve learned so much watching your videos. I went from being lost when it comes to ocean fishing to being more confident. Keep up the great work
Great video! Yall are the best!
Great instructional video! Soft plastics in saltwater has always been a weakness for me. Next time we are in FL we'll try them again.

If youre in an area where theyre bedded up or actively feeding soft plastics are good but Fishbites or dead bait works best to attract them in if they aren’t right in your location already. The gulp is best of both worlds because its got scent in it vs regular mirrorlure or matrix shad. Fishbites with 3/0 circle hook under a popper cork with flouro leader has been my best for shallow inshore
Thanks for this video. I will keep this in mind when I go back out fishing in a few hours.... or tomorrow.
Great video. I hope that I can teach people how to use different lures on my channel when I get the confidence to instruct. Keep up the good work and look forward to your next video.

Thanks bro! Those were very helpful fishing tips! 👍💪💥🔥💯🤘
Exactly the video I was looking for. Thanks a lot
Thanks Jeff, good info.
I agree. Very good Tutorial on jigs and how to work them.
Good stuff bro hope it helps me catch more just started using down south lures
I started throwing 1/16oz heads after a trip to NC. Very effective over that super shallow grass in the Pamlico Sound for specs.
Excellent video. So in depth!
Love this pro tip.... Can you do a top water video on how to tie and work hard plastics
Tons of information. Thank you so much!
For Zman swimbaits and their level of elasticity, I think TWISTING the top onto the holder helps more than just forcefully pushing. I'll twist the top 180° often times and it doesn't tear it up as bad (since it has that crazy elasticity) as you would think or like If you try that with a regular plastic bait.
Great video Jeff , Thanks for posting .

Awesome tips! Going fishing tomorrow near ft Myers, for my first time since I was a little kid. Wish me luck
Great video! I really appreciate the tutorial.
Great tips. Totally makes since, I’ve always had better luck with Flounder using the longer shank Jigs and Reds with the shorter ones.

well i took your advise bud, went to Walmart, bought the jig with white colors as seen at 6:41, and went fishing with friend's boat at Cedar Key in Fl. Man I tell you I caught a lot of ocean trouts with the red and white color jigs. Awesome video and awesome fishing trip.
That’s the best explanation of how your lure moves when you jig it that I’ve ever seen. Great video guys!

Great Video Great Tips one of the best
Makes a lot of sense. I'll always keep that in mind.
Very helpful! Thank you .

Thanks! I’m trying to learn to fish for reds in SC/GA. Learned a lot
Great lesson, ty
Great video!
awesome video and tips
Love it thanks man.
Wonderful! Thank you
Awesome video thank you.
Nice video. One tip for Z man soft body baits, I use a drop of super glue on the end of the bait which holds the bait to the jig head if you are throwing in heavier current. It doesn’t affect the taste apparently as I catch a fair amount of fish. Plus this holds the body flush against the jig head which maintains the straight line. Hope it helps
very helpful video tnx for teaching us

Excellent tutorial, I have watched other of your “101” in fishing. My feedback is all positive: your message is clear and precise and clear. Question: I had watched another video that bait caster reels + rig can cast further (for surf fishing), is this the case or do you think the spinning reel is good?
very clear and useful info..
I'm from STX and I've seen guys pop it high to let the Down South Lure swim down, and bam!!! But with Zman that lure has a lot.of buoyancy so keep it tight. In the marsh reds like that pumpkin H&H grub worm with chartreuse tail at a steady pace. Jig head definitely depends on depth and current. Thanks brother,,, keep up the good work!!!

Totally agree!
Thanks for tutorial!
For the Z-man plastics especially, and just any plastic, I like to use super glue. Put a little bit where the head meets the hook and hold your plastic to it for a couple of seconds so it can dry. It work really well at holding it.
Great Video!
Great video ✅🫡
Great tips thank ya
This was really comprehensive!
Great tips....thanks
Thank you 🙏🏿🔥🔥
Salt Strong has great videos on rigging the Zman
Having fished multiple s in different sizes and colors, kzread.infoUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 this is by far my favorite. One thing to be aware of is the sided willow blade. One side is silver and the other is the green/orange shown. This is not bad, just unconventional. In terms of fishing, I have found the lure works just fine without a tail like a craw or shad. That addition is up to you. Also, the hook part where you attach the swivel snap or tie the line is a problem on baits these days, since it's able to slide up and down. However this lure seems to be tight enough that that doesn't happen often, and you can solve it by putting a thin slice of medical tube over the hook before attaching the line. Like others have said, it's really magic on a good windy day.
Thanks bro u help me a lot
This is one of the most helpful videos I’ve seen so far, thank you. If I could suggest a next video it would be how to choose a line to leader combo for various types of fishing as well as leader length

@@ADDfishing Not sure I understood the response. I too would be interested in how to rig up the line/leader combo, and how to easily and quickly change from one lure to another.
Thanks for the help bud
Do you have a tutorial including the actual setup from start to finish using a paddle tail. From picking the leader length and color. Or also a casting tutorial on them?
Nice one sir..
Video is simple and clear even for a dope like me!
You actually demonstrate more accurately how to reel in the jighead where most of the others I have watched do not. I will look at more of your videos. You also use numbers, what size jig to use, the weight and relative size of the jig, the type of soft rubber lure to use and for which fish. Thank you. Thank you.
