Very interesting information. These are information that you have always covered in your videos. I totally agree to look at the FDD and call people who still exist in the business and more importantly to call the people who closed or sold the business because those the one who will give you the true story. I think subway over saturated the market. Thank you for sharing

This was a great video. It would be nice to see a video on "How to tell if you can afford a franchise". I get confused with how I could finance, what options are available as a veteran, minority, etc... for financing. Understanding how much cash I would need vs. how much I could finance. For example, could I take out a loan for all of the startup costs? What types of rates are on these kind of loans? How much liquidity do I need? I just dont get any of that and I get confused.

Thanks! In most cases financing 100% is not advisable. Typically 30% down is the standard although there are exceptions if you have a THRIFT available. There are programs for veterans/minorities but there is no exact approach for every situation. Typically we take between 20-30 hours with clients to identify their risk tolerance, skills, local market demand, finances, etc. only when we know that can we make good recommendations. One size does not fit all! Give a call anytime if you want to take a look at what is available www.franchise.city/our-services

Subway sucks! Sold low paying “JOBS” franchises. Many closed including the original in Hoboken lol
