Bro, it’s a small world! I started working out at that Bally’s, on 45 near Webster, when I was 14. Booker T would always drive his tricked out sports car (Camaro I believe). When I was about 16 I went up to booker T and asked him a question. He gave me some advice and let me work in with him on the hammer strength chest press. Such a great and humble guy.

Entertaining but it's important to remember that "reality tv" isn't real. Everything on this show is scripted so the chances that any of these were actually a gamble is slim to none. I'll make my own gamble that all of these were completely evaluated, priced, negotiated, and closed before the episode was filmed. What the audience then sees is a "dramatized reenactment based on real events" where the real even that it's based on is that the person had something to sell that seemed interesting so we they a story out of it and then filmed that made up story.

I used to think that pawn shop owners were just vultures for the misfortunes and hard times of others, but knowing this is all staged I shouldn't be surprised they are bold faced liars to boot.
