Would it also be good to just get in the gym as long as u can and work on just one move for 30 minutes, then another for 30 , and keep going until u run out of time? Cause this way u can focus on ur moves and counters and get them really good if u push urself to game intensity

I know this is late but like can the goals be something like shooting ball handling and finishing or more like catch and shoots, specific dribble moves, and weak hand finishing for example? And do you alternate goals every workout or keep it the same?

he talked about scheduling in another video, basically one day you should have a very specific goal, and the next day, you could work on the more broad categories like shooting.

If I have a handles, shooting, and post/finishing workout, should I do the handles everyday and everyday switch between shooting and post/finishing, or should I do them all everyday and do light shooting over the weekend(for both workouts plans)

i usually do a drill until a certain amount of makes for every drill. should i keep doing this or would it be better/more efficient to set a rep goal regardless of make or miss instead?

Try out doing a rep goal and try pushing ur self while also trying to make a better percent than u did the day before. So instead of 20 makes do 30 reps and try and get as much makes in as possible. It adds more pressure too

I think i found the best method to have the best workout, just do everything high speed and experiment with different handles, different finishes, different shot selections, gets you used to any scenario. I am not saying to look autistic so imagine that there are defenders that you are trying to go through just like shadow boxing but in basketball.

more experience playing the actual game. As in playing more organised ball, or pickup. Experience helps people be more comfortable despite whatever situation , knowing their game and spots

Watch a lot of film to get ur iq up and look for the elite smart athletes basketball iq tests those help. Spend hours working on moves and develop 2-3 go to moves and 2-3 go to finishes that u can do in ur sleep by just repping them out going game intensity. And lastly play a lot of pickup against players better so u can develop ur decision making and iq. Also do some meditation to be able to deal with trash talk and keep ur confidence

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). And the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), and the punishment of sin is eternal damnation. But Jesus, the Son of God dwelt among us in the flesh, live a perfect life, and died for our sins in the cross so that the fine and penalty of our sins will be paid, so that He may give us eternal life and save us. All we just need to do is to put our faith in Jesus and what He did for us not in our good works or ourselves and to just repent from our sins (turning from every sins) and will actively follow Jesus every day. He wants a relationship with you.

Coleman please bring back the Vlogs type videos/ day in the life. They don’t have to be everyday/week but every once in a while. They’re definitely motivating and maybe start it on a second channel so it diversifies the content so people who strictly want to see how to get better on their game will come here, but others who want to see more behind the scenes of go to the other.
