A lot more high tech than your last video. I've been using the tubing cutter and it works pretty good. I think I want a fetching jig! Another awesome video, thanks!

I have and use a Weston (52-0601-W) 8,000 RPM arrow saw with the dust collector. I have and use a Lumenok 6" fletched arrow squaring tool. My fletching jig is the same Bitzenburger one you are using. I have used these tools for my compound and recurve bows as well as my full size crossbows for quite awhile. I just got into the mini crossbow game starting last Christmas 2023 when I bought a William Tell 120# Mini Striker. I liked it so well I bought another William Tell 150# reverse limb Mini Striker. I have since also bought a Hell Hawk 80# mini crossbow as well. One thing that you stumbled across early on was that making your own arrows/bolts increases accuracy and performance substantially over using what the factories have to offer. With some custom built arrows/bolts these mini crossbows are in a entirely different league and become formidable hunting/fishing and survival tools.

I recently purchased some of your bolts for my 80 lb Alligator mini crossbow. They are really great. Workmanship is excellent! I will buy more.

Those 80lb alligator bows are tanks. Thay will shot almost any diameter bolt and can take a beat'en. I've put that one I have thought the ringer and 2 years later it's still kicking. Only thing that has broke was the clip that holds the cocking mechanism closed, that broke on about day 2 but it hasn't caused problems.

I have the Hell Hawk 80# version and it is the same. I also see some call them "Cobra 80". The Hell Hawk is Bud K Knives version. For the price it work and shoots awesome. I added a CVLIFE 1x22x33 red/green reflex optic on that one. They are only $21.99 on Amazon and work great for the money. My Mini Striker 120# and Mini Striker 150# reverse limb I caught a special sale from Optics Planet and got two TruGlo 30mm 3-dot crossbow red dots for $47.99 each.

Aliexpress is where I found the nocks, shafts, inserts and fletchings. Shipping was normally 2-3 weeks. Also, anyone serious about arrow flight, you need to bare shaft tune these bolts. It is a time intensive effort but it is worth it. I almost forgot to mention, I modified the limb mount on my RD Striker to raise the string up off the rail by about 0.020 - 0.030 to help reduce wear. This may have contributed to improved arrow flight and making it possible to get bullet holes when bare shaft tuning. You may not get the same results I did if you try to bare shaft tune, but you could just experiment on 1 shaft to see what results you can get.
