How To Build A Small Patio DIY Cutting Round Edges

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

My favorite way to cut standard size 3.5" x 8" brick pavers DIY is with an angle grinder, brick chisel, or some other power tool with a masonry blade. Because the pavers are so small the angles are actually square, not round, which makes them easier to cut.
Mark the cut with a pencil by eye or by measuring. I like to do it by eye because it's faster and just as accurate.
Make sure to allow for about a 1/16th" thickness, which is about a saw blade, the allow for joint sand.
Once the cuts are all made, install the bricks, tamp them down, and install your sand. Then make one more tamping to wiggle the sand in place as tightly as possible.

He should be using a brick saw with water to prevent fine dust from getting into his lungs.

It's only a diamond where, you're more worried about the grinder having no guard than doing a dry cut with all that stone dust going everywhere 😂😂

I was watching some guys doing this in my HOA on a garage driveway . They were free styling there cuts and blowing tons of dust onto the neighbors yard and driveway o and their beau brand new BMW . Back in the day the tile guys would at least have a cardboard surround so the dust wouldn’t blow all over. Just saying.
