dude i enjoy your videos very much i have been practicing flare it took me 1 year and a half but coin drop is too scary and my flare isn,t really that cool yet but a quick question is it easy when you do it or u need massive strength in it

fifth saint im learning the coindrop for my windmills, you dong need any strengh, but training the coin drop is the key

How useful is it to record yourself breaking, and compare it to you?

Sure! You can do butterfly kicks and twists to ground work like coin drops. You just have to get creative!
