My advice for all the beginners don't waste your time on practice the hard moves, take ur time for training on flexibility and hand stand, flexibility flexibility flexibility flexibility is the key, when u ll be able to apen your legs everything going to be too much easy on breakdance

Amazing ... how this style of dancing has progressed blows me away. Use to breakdance in the early 80's, we did a bit footwork, a few backspins and probably top-off with a windmill. These days you guys/gals are amazing.

For people doing a webster, you want to look slightly forward. To get height in that awkward jump isn't just in the arms, but also throwing your chest upwards
It's really interesting to see what the move names are in Japan. Never knew a pike is double jordan haha

Starts with chair, I look at his forearm and I'm like "that was one of the hardest things for me starting out"
@millsbomb007

to start with chair is bit hard, however, what you don't see in this video is all the broken down stages in order to achieve this freeze. What you do see is the end product
How generous this guy is to give those awesome skills for free trust me it take years to be able to do them thanks 🙏👍

question, what work out routine should I commit to that could further my flexibility and strength effectively for break dancing?
@adasofie7843

shoulder and back strength is something i would recommend when working out for breakdance, especially for holding a handstand for example

Top play for differentiating between the two forms of backspins out there.

@Black Swan55 handstands help along with holding a elbow stand against a wall so you can have that leverage if you need it. Just keep doing them and they will become easier as time progresses. Maybe just do one when you walk into your room every time and hold until a few seconds from failure

Very good, thanks 🙏
Been reading a book called "a very large expanse of sea" and the main character loves breakdancing. This is amazing to see! 😅
I think a couple of these should maybe be level 2. Most beginners dont have that flexibilty or balance. Nice video all the same. I have been going through it trying stuff :)
I can actually practice these I think. I can already do 1st level moves. I'm always ready for improvment

Eres genial ❤
How do you balance movements that use your hands as a support?
I remember trying to do the neck spring when I was a kid, and I could never get it right, no matter how hard I tried. I also tried to do a front flip on my parents' bed and almost breaking my neck. Lol. Good times.
Excelente felicitaciones.
Thanks.
