In case Roadmap wasn't driven here it is- Start your career as a recruiter in agencies and work for 1-2 years then switch to internal recruiting in companies and work there for 1-2 years, then switch to core or go for an MBA and make a career in management.

@@digambermishra376 see ,the point is just being an HR with a degree is not enough cause u cant get into a huge company ,u willl find companies with small HR team ,so if u doMBA then u can get into huge comapany like amazon and have higher package cause there profits got no match with smaller company

Hello mam, mam I have given my interview to master's union and kpmg master camp for certificate COURSE...but problem is that i don't have any hr degree or experience and so i am very much afraid that even after completing the course will i get the place in market and will I'll be able to grow in futute by experience or I mba will be required in future for growth??? You can start with recruitment. You will easily get role role as recruiter and I don't think you need any certificate for this then you can shift to hr core

For it recruiter most companies wants fluency in English also having knowledge of tech things mostly btech bca or hr MBA candidates are prefer or if u have any internship in IT recruiter u can also apply for the same. few candidates also get opportunities by continuosly applied to different companies...but it companies generally having criteria of education degree and knowledge..
