Yes. Applied psychology has a wider range than clinical psychology.
After completing MPhil are we really allowed to practice as neuropsychology, in that sense is PhD totally optional

Yes, some universities do offer Masters courses in psychology even if you have not done your Bachelors in psychology.

Only M.SC. and M.Phil courses are available for neuropsychology in India. You can do your M.A. in clinical psychology and then do M.Phil in neuropsychology. Hope this helps!

Clinical and neuropsychology are different courses. You will have many more options open to you if you do clinical psychology.

They can be part of the diagnostic and post operation care teams but they do not perform surgeries as they are not neurosurgeons
