Well it doesn't look like they want to be there either they are just following orders.

The thing that confuses me is that right at the end, after the sirens have just gone off, the hospital is already fully staffed. Did the nurses/techs/hucs/doctors/etc all have to travel to work during purge hours, thus risking their lives? Did they stay in the hospital overnight, and if so, was the hospital itself declared a purge-free zone, or were they sitting ducks?

In the purge tv show they explain that hospitals are safe zones so crime is still illegal there. All staff, patients, and visitors sign away their right to purge in order to be there. They also check everyone for weapons before letting them in.

What about being a soldier and living in a fort or something? Pretty sure the government doesn't want their own active duty soldiers killing each other, nor do they want others raiding their forts. If I knew there was gonna be a purge, I’d start preparing MONTHS in advance, I’d build a secret bunker disguised as my garden, get weapons, security cams for outside, food and water, a gaming set, decent WiFi and I’d be set for the night 😂

Gaming was your first mistake. You might lose and then rage and allow everyone to know where you are. I would not play videogames but rather watch the entry points to the bunker. You could get a family member or trustworthy friend (someone who wont kill you) and have them watch entry points in shifts so no one stands around to the point where their bored and falling asleep.

@@PK-Radio Read my comment again please I mentioned why you wouldn't be able to sell post-purge. Selling after purge ends is illegal because you can't sell organs legally without it going through proper protocols (organ donors and UNOS registration). Any organ harvested and transplanted outside of UNOS is illegal. This is without the fact that most organs only stay viable for transplant for a few hours so you only will be able to harvest the organs a few minutes before the purge ends or it could be end up being useless for transplant.

I mean it makes good horror movies but when you think about it,most people would not just murder everyone.
