As dumb as her decisions were, I think people hate on Addison a little too hard. She was staggering around incoherent when she stumbled across the trap, she looked like she could barely tay on her feet. There's no way her brain would be functioning anywhere near well enough to understand even the most basic tasks

Almost like being hypoxic, where your brain is deprived of oxygen, so you physically can't make decisions or act on your own will. If someone's hypoxic, you can literally put an oxygen mask in their hand, and they'll just dumbly smile at you and giggle, "I don't want to die."

@@sonicpsycho13 exactly. I actually have mild brain damage (most affecting my short and intermediate term memory, word recall and balance) due to Hypoxia I suffered from a seizure that lasted over 5 minutes [you don't breathe while seizing] and for the first like 36 hours afterwards I was apparently trying to drink water but it was pouring out of one side of my mouth and I didn't notice and I also did not recognise my parents at all. I actually have a personal theory about this movie in which, there was never any nerve gas being pumped into the house, and instead, everyone except Daniel and Amanda were poisoned to ensure their survival. Amanda was put in the game to make sure that none of the other participants killed Daniel so that Eric's game could work.

mostly you are right, but in the world of the movie the jigsaw killer is pretty well known. So things like follow the rules etc would be common knowledge about him. But yeah, expecting them to know what kind of trap it is, the furnace could have just as easily been a bunch of other types of traps, including just the destruction of the antidotes.

You don’t even need to cut out your eye to get the key. You can just cut the stitches over the incision underneath your eye where the key had been inserted. Then you can fish the key out through there. Saw 2: Flesh and Blood gave a good demonstration of this method. Of course, it’s not going to be painless, but by using this method, you could potentially keep your eye. Also, this method is much easier than cutting out your eyeball.

I feel like Daniel and Amanda were both given the cure *before* they woke up. Both of them weigh less than Laura and most toxins affect people in what's measure in mg per kg of body weight (ie a person weighing 100kg would need to ingest double what a person weighing 50kg would for it to have the same effects) yet she collapses fairly early in the movie and Daniel seems mostly fine until the end and Amanda shows pretty much zero ill-effects to the end. It's said in Saw 3 that Amanda weighs 105lbs and Daniel looks about the same. Xavier is clearly closer to 300lbs yet he is staggering about badly at the end, way worse than Amanda or Daniel.

If the gas had to be being pumped in through the ventilation, they could have plugged it up. Although they probably don't have plastic and duct tape for a good seal, they just need to stuff it with enough junk to buy themselves an extra hour. Because after that the exit door would open up automatically anyway. So, they just need to limit how much comes in by about 1/3.

I think nowing what I do about Jigsaw. I would follow the rules. While he's cruel and sadistic, he likes when 1. People think outside the box to beat the traps or games and 2. He always does make them beatable. Apparently when the others took over the traps became less beatable and more just like literal death traps. Also, I have watched watch all the movies through videos like these lol. Since I hate horror, but sometimes the story lines are good, I watch videos like these 😂😂😂

Realistically, they would've sent Matthews home immediately. If an officer has a personal stake in the current investigation or crime, they wouldn't let that officer continue working on that case, specifically to prevent biases and loss of temper from impacting the findings or people being investigated.

I turned out to be one of the lucky ones and am in full remission, but thanks to the extremely low survival rate doctors assumed I was going to die so I ended up on HUGE doses of opioids for the terrible pain (doesn't matter how much you take if you're not going to live anyway). Now I'm healthy again, obviously I have to come off of the opioids and it's sheer HELL withdrawing. ALmost as bad as when I thought I was dying.
