How to beat:"you can cover yourself in that spiders blood so you smell like a predator! Soldier:"*covers him self in blood*" Kong:"*smells predator and sees you*" Also kong:"*monke smash*"

I could be wrong, but I personally feel that movies lowballed how powerful King Kong would actually be if he existed. In real life, gorillas can lift like 10 times their body weight. Anything their size is most likely getting destroyed. King Kong is said to weigh around 93 million lbs. Imagine a giant gorilla fighting another creature its size. If it were a bit more realistic, I think King Kong would have been able to even throw Godzilla around more. Not saying King Kong would be able to defeat Godzilla (Godzilla's upgrades and atomic breath are pretty broken), but he would have had the edge in physical strength.

Well, at least in this movie, they say that Kong is still an adolescent, which should explain the nerfing. Regarding other movies, yes, I believe you are correct!

I don’t believe the movies lowballed Kong’s strength but more so displayed Godzilla’s power. I think given the chance, Kong could potentially throw Godzilla around if not lift him entirely. Kong grew 3x since this movie too to about 335 ft putting him closer to Godzilla’s 400ish ft hight though he does weigh significantly more than Kong.

Gorillas can lift 4x their own Weight not 10x most people think Gorillas are Overpowered but in reallity, a Lion can beat a gorilla and even kill a gorilla in a fight

In reality, a 104 foot tall gorilla would get crushed under it's weight. And you can't just say kong is pound for pound as strong as a gorilla when he clearly isn't an actually normal gorilla

Slight correction: The "explorers" in the opening shot of your video are in fact two fighter pilots, American and Japanese, who survived shooting eachother down and were busy trying to fight to the death when they are interrupted by the island peacekeeper, Kong. They end up becoming best friends and start a new life with the tribe that worship Kong..

Oh I'm hiding for the most part but most animals have a healthy respect for for fire. You could also set tons of the traps. If you make it a huge pain to get at you eventually many of the animals will avoid you. The other thing that's important here if we use real life is that like Jurassic Park and every giant shark movie there is something with these animals. What I mean when you eat you need to get more calories than you expend or at least equal to. A T-Rex or in this case a skull crawler wouldn't put that kind of effort into catching a human. For the exact same reason that Reese's Peanut Butter cups had legs and you'd have to chase them down to eat them. You might do it because they are delicious but that's the reason. You wouldn't do it for survival.

for the jurassic park novel they explained that something has gone wrong with their genetics after cloning and millions of behavior wasn't taught to them cause they were raised in labs, there was a scene where the raptors were ripping each other apart just to get at eating some prey. and the skull crawlers are things called "hypervores" meaning they're constantly hungry and they've ate all the dinosaurs on the island and Kong's family aswell. and they also got beef with Kong himself and I'd assume humans look like mini Kongs to them.

(At 8:45) Plus unlike normal gorillas, Kong is more omnivorous than them or chimpanzees. So that's going to be another problem.

Either get another monster that's stronger who can handle the skullcrawlers no problem or use some advanced technology or strong firepower to deal with them. Especially when your dealing with a swarm of skullcrawlers not just one

I can so dig this kind of video. I wish you'd do the rest of the monster-verse for one, but just generally I think it'd be cool to see more HTB videos talking about adventure movies like this. You don't have to always stick to horror! Anyways, good work man. 🙂

I feel like this entire thing could be 'survived' by dumb luck and waiting for others to distract the threat before booking it in the opposite direction. Probably would still die horrifically but it does seem the smartest course of action.

King Kong is far larger than 100 feet maybe the creators said it or smth but those choppers are about 15-20 feet long and look at the size comparison
