How To Be More Understanding In Conflicts

If conflicts are unavoidable then our goal should not be in avoiding them but managing them when they arise. I believe that the key is not suppressing bad feelings but in understanding them. Sometimes, the issue is insignificant and what the other party is really is asking from us is to understand why they are feeling the way they do and not making it about who is right or wrong. How can we be more understanding when we ourselves are battling with feelings of resentment and offence?

Wow, if u really love somebody show it. Accept kahit sino pa sya nothing in perfect in this world. Nobody's perfect try to give en take from each other. Remember the more u hate the more u love dB. Love is understanding, caring en sharing dB. It's nice to be in love.
There are times you do extend your patience and understanding to the one you love. However, it tends to abuse your kindness and understanding. It turns out to be one sided, you ended up feeling neglected.

Just understand the person. And listen to what she is not saying. Be mindful of the feelings of others.
