Hello! You probably have an extra folder layer. For example: Become tree resource pack(you don't want this folder) -> Become tree resource pack(THIS is the folder you want to drag into your resource packs) -> the files inside the resource pack.

Didn’t one of them make a resource pack for it? I swear they all make it for shenanigans and things (I thought they remodelled a helmet or something)

yep, they remodeled a carved pumpkin. Not sure they posted it publicly though. This datapack doesn't use a carved pumpkin, so you can see properly when you use the tree item (rather than seeing the pumpkin overlay that obstructs your vision). Also, it adds a custom crafting recipe to the game to make it, so you don't need to use commands to cheat one in.

does it work on a multiplayer server with no commands even though it’s in creative?

Please help me i tried to install this on a server and it keeps giving me the carrot on a rod item, i cannot remove it from my inventory

Hello! I'm sorry the datapack is causing trouble. Do you have any other datapacks installed? I realize I might be using a common variable name, so that could be an issue. You could try this command to remove the item: /clear @s minecraft:carrot_on_a_stick VERY IMPORTANT: This command removes all carrot_on_a_stick items, so be careful you don't delete any other items in your inventory you don't want to delete.

There's a resource pack download on the planet minecraft page. If you do a "ctrl + f" and search resource pack, your browser should highlight it for you.

They changed the texture of Carved Pumpkin. You can check Grian's video when he goes in 1st person

they didn't JUST change the texture, there's a plugin they have installed called custom roleplay data and basically you can put custom models (different from just textures) onto certain items and blocks (this is how they made the medals for nwc and the hat for ywc)

Plot twist: it's a virus and 127 people who liked the video are doomed

@@TheLisebi What did you do to fix it? Did you just take the updated version from planet minecraft? I'm glad you got it working! And I think that's a great idea, scar is one of my favorite hermits, and I've certainly had my eye on that hat for some time lol.
