    For myself, i use uchikomi as like a function checklist for what my body is capable of that night. Couple pivot throws, couple backwards throws, and ramp up the speed on the second set for cardio.

    Love your videos. How about student interracrion/competition...especially in really large clubs. Sometimes staff doesnt see certain things.

    I wish my dojo did more drills/games. We do a lot of self guided uchikomi and the sensei are surprised I suck after 2 months lol. I learn more from watching sensei shintaro/Brian glick and drilling with my Jiu Jitsu partners at another gym.

    You can start by not faking your height. You claimed you and your uke were about 6'1". aren't you like 5'9"? Quite a bit off.
