    I tried my luck today for the first time using your process and I was so impressed with the flavor!!!!! I appreciate you taking the time to make your video for all of us that would otherwise be skeptical to dare to try new things on the grill. Our spare ribs were on point.

    Didn’t have the top rack. Had to keep them where they were. Definitely would’ve did it for maybe another hour instead of 30, but I think that’s because my rib slab was bigger. I guess I could’ve also cut it into halves.. as far as the “bit” part everyone asked… I did about 5min per side post-sauce and it was fine, just watch for flare ups or you’ll toast it lol

    Do you do spare ribs the same way? I prefer baby back but want to try some spare ribs just for a change. I really hate mustard can you taste it after they're done?

  • @funwithfleischers9173

    @funwithfleischers9173

    The mustard isn't a prominent flavor. If you have a hatred for it you may be able to pick out the flavor easier than others. I'd try the mustard just go light with it, it doesn't take a lot to make the rub stick. Spare ribs work great this way as well, I almost prefer them.
