I tried my luck today for the first time using your process and I was so impressed with the flavor!!!!! I appreciate you taking the time to make your video for all of us that would otherwise be skeptical to dare to try new things on the grill. Our spare ribs were on point.

Looks great! Trying it today….. . I wish you could additionally leave the recipe in the comments though. Thank you:)
After you wrapped them in the foil, what temp. did you turn up the heat?
I'm going to try this today
thank you will try today look good
Trying this right now
Nephew's hog didn't sell so pork ribs is what's for dinner tomorrow night on my gas grill. Thank you!!!
I'm doing it will let you know how it comes out!
Trying this tomorrow.
The ribs look great. What is the name of background music on the grilling portion of this video?
Didn’t have the top rack. Had to keep them where they were. Definitely would’ve did it for maybe another hour instead of 30, but I think that’s because my rib slab was bigger. I guess I could’ve also cut it into halves.. as far as the “bit” part everyone asked… I did about 5min per side post-sauce and it was fine, just watch for flare ups or you’ll toast it lol
im in ! love me some good ribs looks good! just subscribed look forward to more videos on yalls channel- cheers

What is the brand on that Korean Red Chili Powder? Thanks.
I also have an electric smoker which I love to cook ribs with better than a propane grill.

So how did they turn out?
What if we skip the indirect heat cooking part in the beginning and go straight to the aluminum foil? How would that affect the results?
@funwithfleischers9173

You would basically just be cooking them in an oven.
I saw potatoes on your video... How often do I have to turn the ribs
after you wrap them in foil for the 30 min you said that you crank up the heat...what temp are you grilling at for those 30 mins?

You know I've never really kept close tabs on it. I suspect if you're in the realm of 350 you are good to go.
I'm trying these this weekend on my gas grill and a smoke tube. Did you have to spray them or did they stay plenty moist with the low temp??

I would spritz every 45 min w 2 parts apple juice, one part apple Cider vinegar.
Substitute for Korean chili powder?
Now that's tv worth watching
How long do you grill them after applying bbq sauce??? you said "For a bit" how long is that?

I came to the comments to find this out as well...
I sure wish you had named the spices as you added them rather than before . So I could guess at the measurements.
When in doubt, add more brown sugar to the rub.
Do you do spare ribs the same way? I prefer baby back but want to try some spare ribs just for a change. I really hate mustard can you taste it after they're done?
@funwithfleischers9173

The mustard isn't a prominent flavor. If you have a hatred for it you may be able to pick out the flavor easier than others. I'd try the mustard just go light with it, it doesn't take a lot to make the rub stick. Spare ribs work great this way as well, I almost prefer them.

How important is wrapping them in foil
@funwithfleischers9173

It makes them more tender. If you like more chew on your ribs then you can definitely skip that stage.
What is that he's drinking?
I'll tell you what the comments will be!
A man who does not believe in cleaning his grill. I’ve made them very similar to this but I also add a smoker box for the first 60 minutes or until it burns out.
Would recommend cleaning the grill first.....

But that's extra flavor!
I’m using spare ribs
i forgot to take the membrane off before i added the dry rub does it really make a massive difference or should i try peeling it off and re add the dry rub?
Dude, clean your grill grates before you cook! OMG that is nasty!
Great advice, thanks. Wish you’d show the labels on each of the spices used or mention them, clearly, as you used them. I appreciate it!

Recipe ingredients sound great. Process sounds like a winner. BUT, if you want to get some respect on KZread, start off with a clean grill, please
