    Very informative thank you. I always had a problem w/ the back handspring. Only performed it once and that was because I was under pressure. Going forward though, I was pretty good at. Front handsprings and flips. I'm 46 now, don't think I'll be learning this at this point even though I still do my best to keep in shape.

    Thank you so much! I have been trying to get my back handspring for ages and have just been too scared to commit jumping backwards. I learnt a backhandspring on the trampoline but I have been way too scared to try it on grass. After watching about a million different tutorials I still couldn't do it. Luckily a stumbled across this video and tried the backwards cartwheel. After a few attempts, I did the backhandspring and found that going backwards wasn't as scary as I originally thought. I will continue to use this tutorial to help improve my backhandspring. Thank you again. 😀

    +TappBrothers Funny thing is I am more comfortable doing a back tuck more than a Back handspring, mostly because it's all mental for me at this point. To break/ or soften this wall of fear, I usually practice the macaco on both sides, a back walk over on both sides and backward rolls into handstands, Those movements to me have similar motion to me, especially with the snap down.

    You can't "burn your belly fat" all you can do is reduce your calorie intake and try to exercise as much as possible. You can't specifically target your belly fat and it will probably be the last area that loses fat. You just gotta be patient.

    the only way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit. Meaning than you need to burn more calories than you eat. So even if you are eating a healthy diet you wont lose weight as long as you eat more calories as you lose. The best thing to do is figure out how much calorie you burn in a day and reduce the calories you consume to be about 100-200 calories than you burn. Just make sure you eat plenty of nutrient rich foods so that your body has what it need to maintain itself (other than sufficient energy, for which it wiil need to burn fat). If you do that you will be able to slowly lose weight while maintaining your strength and muscle and after a few months you will see notable differences . The main thing is to be patient. Dont get to caught up with trying to rush to lose as much weight as possible, take it slow and enjoy life while maintaining a good diet and workout routine and the fat will slowly go away.

    Hey tapp bros, I've been doing parkour for almost a year and I'm not sure what to learn, I have a lot to lead but I'm not sure what to learn in what order. Could you possibly make a video about what you should learn depending on what you have down? Like a video talking about furthering yourself starting from a beginner to an advanced. I think that would literally be the best video for parkour. I would love it if you made something like that :D

  • @lifeofchello

    +Tactical Mischief yea that's a good idea, I still gotta work on upper body strength and also at least a front flip lol. Mainly upper body. I just feel like when I train, I don't have a priority, so I end up doing the same things like vaults. But I would like to go into training with a goal to accomplish, and I can't work on paper body too much because of where i train.

  • @lifeofchello

    @lifeofchello

    8 жыл бұрын

    ***** Thanks! I do that to an extent but not with all of the things I have been doing. When I first trying a kong vault, it took me about 3 to 4 months before I could even accomplish it, but then about 2 months later I could do it with ease, even when I would get tired. But I have pretty much every vault down (speed, safety, kong, dash, kash, etc.) so now I want to get into flips. But it's hard to do that because I usually train by myself and I feel like it's not smart to try flipping alone.

    ***** Yea, I've googled parkour gyms and everything like that and the closest one to me is like at least 30 minutes away which doesn't sound like a big deal but I have to rely on other people to take me because I don't have my driver's license yet. And I've watched at least two hours worth of flip tutorials but no matter how much I've watched, I still shouldn't try it by myself lol. It's one of those things where I know that I can do it, it's just one of those fear factors in the back of my head that says no. haha
