Hello Vikas... thanks for uploading this video... I have been riding my bike for over 25 years now but off late was having very severe pain in my Right Shoulder. I was almost contemplating to stop using my bike any further and considering that I live in Bangalore, the traffic simply gets too crazy to commute by Car. Your video really helped me a lot, the slight change in my posture completely took the pressure out of my shoulders. Its been over a week now that i have been completely pain free, all thanks to you...In the beginning I did not expect much but now it's made all the difference for me. Thank you again and wishing you and your family the very best!!

I used to do 200kms up and down on my Apache 180. Even after riding 100kms non stop in time of (1 hour 30 minutes) to (2 hours) I used to feel fresh as I started riding. Luckily these things are fitted in my mind already although I don't even know that I am using them from last 11 years... Thanx for making this video to make people realize..

Hi thx to share this mate as I bought the motorbike a year n half ago n started to realise tat I had pain in my hands, shoulder n arms wen so ever I ride the bike TNT 600i, which I have kept in stock condition. Eventually I almost made my mind no biking to myself anymore as i had serious accident earlier & this pain start s wen so ever I ride my bike. But last time wen i took ride to almost 300km, with tat riding position, I had no pain, this video of urs will help many like me, thx a lot to share this & Happy New Year

Hi Buddies. A few more tips from an Israeli rider: 1 - Traffic light red? Shift to N and shake your hands (plus your clutch will live longer). 2 - If you are cruising, relieve pressure on the left and right bars, one at a time (more for advanced riders) 3 - If you are riding for more than an hour, stop for a chai or to stretch your limbs.

What is the difference between swing arm suspension and telescopic suspension bro?

Whatever may be the suggestion the hand and body position changes while traveling in city busy traffics and long distances. We cant do anything how much we are focussed. Only what we can do is change handle bar/ raisers for better position or change the bike itself. The thing is human body, shoulders and spine will be able to take the beating only to certain extent, beyond that it shows the effects.

Good content for supersport riders! Will give it a try! 😊 But will this not affect your back!? I mean will you not get back pain if you ride in this position for a long time?
