Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

I have been looking for this topic my entire life. I even decided to make one video myself since there are no good videos on this topic. Posture is very important while riding. Specially if you have back pain issues like me. Thanks a lot for the effort

The point is that whatever you do, one or the other join or muscle has to compensate the unnatural posture of riding. :) So, end of the day it's all about practice and getting used to. I've ridden my CBR650F for than 10 hours in a day here in US and there was 0 wrist pain at the end of day whereas in the beginning I used to have pain riding even my Pulsar220 back in India.

lol so true sir..i never rode a cafe racer in my life. today went for test drive of vitpilen and did the same mistake i.e. my body weight was on my wrist and it started paining in a few minutes. I then thought maybe the legs grip around the tank will help but then I thought that would be a wrong style of driving. your video shows me that it was the right way to drive.. thanks ! haha..I will try the vitpilen again with this method now.. :D

Good gyan, and every channel is making a video on this, but the bottom line is "These sports bikes are not for your usual confortable rides, they are meant for race track and you can do justice only when you are keeping yourself fit and learn all these fundas of cornering, 3 seating positions like for straight line, normal steering and cruising, if you want a comfortable ride then go somewhere else, prolong rise in these machines will give you all sorts of pains." These race track bikes are made for 45-50 minutes ride in 1 stretch, not for everyday cruising. People with strong backs and fitness only can cruise long distances on these bikes.
